Ranking Rules

General Combat Rules

  • Ender chest access is limited to once per round. Mid-round loading is okay if you haven't used stored items yet.
  • Avoid stalling tactics - this includes slow regearing, unnecessary world exploration, excessive camping, or weird EXP farming methods.
  • No crafting, smelting, or enchanting during matches - prepare everything beforehand.
  • Don't quit games unless absolutely necessary. If you disconnect, come back quickly. Being gone over 15 minutes means an automatic loss unless you warned your opponent first.
  • Don't mine placed Respawn Anchors - that's cheating the 64 limit.
  • No armor removal to go invisible and attack - keep your gear on.
  • Don't attack opponents who are obviously lagging out.
  • No TP trapping - wait at least 3 seconds after teleporting before attacking, and only teleport when both players will surface.
  • Don't spam testers with messages during their matches.
  • One account per player on the Tier List. Playing on someone else's account will get you in trouble.
  • Both players must confirm they're ready before starting.

Testing Procedures

  • For evaluations below HT3: 14 totems max, no weakness arrows, no storage items, first to 3 wins.
  • HT3+ tests: 8 totems, shulkers allowed for potions/crystals/obsidian/pearls/XP bottles only at start, ender chests allowed for anything legal, first to 3 wins (HT3) or 4 wins (T2+).
  • Universal bans: No milk, no golden apples, no turtle master potions.
  • Universal limits: 64 respawn anchors, 32 fireworks, 4 armor pieces.
  • All kit items must be obtainable in vanilla 1.21+ survival - no exceptions.

Fair Play Guidelines

  • Respect the testing environment - it's about skill evaluation, not exploitation.
  • Report any suspicious activity to staff immediately.
  • Disputes should be handled through proper channels, not in-game.
  • Intentional rule breaking will result in tier demotion or removal.
  • New players get a grace period to learn the rules - ask questions if unsure.

Kit Rules

Tester Evaluation (Below HT3) Limits & Rules

  • 14 Totems of Undying
  • No Weakness Arrows (Due to the absence of storage items, this rule is in place for evaluation tests)
  • No Storage Items (Ender Chests, Shulker Boxes, etc.)
  • First to 3 Wins

HT3+ Testing Limits & Rules

  • 8 Totems of Undying
  • You can freely store Potions, Crystals, Obsidian, Pearls, & Bottles o' Enchanting in Shulkers.
  • For regulation purposes, please only have the aforementioned items in shulkers at the start of the fight.
  • Ender Chests are allowed and you may store anything (within the rules) in them!
  • First to 3 Wins for HT3 Tests
  • First to 4 Wins for T2+ Tests

Universal Kit Rules & Limits

  • No Milk (This item provides little to no benefit without promoting increased stalling)
  • No Enchanted Golden Apples (The rarity of this item arguably makes it too uncommon to recur in Vanilla PvP)
  • No Potions of the Turtle Master (This item provides little to no benefit outside of the confines of the testing system)
  • 64 Respawn Anchors (This limit is in place to reduce stalling issues with the testing system, with low impact)
  • 32 Firework Rockets (This limit is in place to reduce stalling issues with the testing system, with low impact)
  • 4 Armor Pieces (This limit is in place to reduce issues with the testing system, with low impact)
  • Kit items must be obtainable in 1.21+ Vanilla Survival. This applies to all forms of testing.

General Match Rules

  • Ender chest access limited to once per round (mid-round loading permitted if unused)
  • No stalling tactics including excessive regearing, world exploration, or unconventional EXP farming
  • No crafting, smelting, or enchanting during active matches
  • 15+ minute absence results in automatic loss (unless prior notice given)
  • Mining placed Respawn Anchors prohibited (bypasses 64 limit)
  • Armor removal for invisibility attacks forbidden
  • Attacking obviously lagged opponents prohibited
  • Minimum 3 second delay after teleport before attacking
  • Message spamming during tests prohibited
  • One account per player strictly enforced
  • Both players must confirm readiness before match start

Client & Modifications Policy

Permitted Modifications:
  • Performance optimization utilities
  • Visual enhancement mods (capes, crosshairs, block overlays)
  • HUD displays showing player information (armor, potions, saturation)
  • Gameplay optimization tools
Strictly Prohibited:
  • Movement or reach modification mods
  • Automation tools (macros, auto-clickers, auto-totem)
  • Inventory movement or block placement alterations
  • Enhanced visibility tools (ESP, radar, free-look)
  • Opponent information tracking mods
  • Double-binding control modifications
  • Network manipulation tools
Important Notes:
  • Any modification causing irregular client behavior may trigger anti-cheat
  • Use modifications at your own risk - research before installing
  • Reports require concrete evidence of violations
  • Common sense applies to all modifications
